The Anerley Town Hall has two halls available for hire: The Main Hall & 123 Anerley. As well as 2 meeting rooms for hire. The Town Hall is situated in an ideal location on Anerley Road and is easily accessible by bus and London Overground. The Main Hall is big enough to accommodate 150 people, whilst 123 Anerley has a maximum capacity of 50 people.

Our beautiful newly refurbished children, young people and family centre is available to hire for one-off events and regular activities. This flexible space has a variety of different rooms to hire which is open weekdays.

Maximum Capacity of the space: 50 People

123 Anerley has a variety of different spaces with the main hall area space having 2 bi-folding doors, a kitchen area and three self-contained meeting rooms.

123 Anerley is available for hire on weekday evenings or at weekends. It is perfect for a medium-sized event or class and children’s parties.

- There is no regular hiring on weekends.
- Parties for children under 12 years old only.
